Kelly Volansky, the Inland Wetland EO, provided a background on this property to the Commission.  Mr. Jorgensen presented his application referring to a 2001 plan for work previously done on the property.  Mr. Jorgensen said at that time he cleared vegetation and added a fence on the property.  The property is located on the south side of RT 1 before the entrance to I-91 North.  The property does not contain wetlands; however adjacent property does contain wetlands.  Mr. Jorgensen’s application proposes paving a portion of the driveway, planting grass and adding some pine trees.  Mr. Jorgensen does not have wetland information for the adjacent properties.  Ms. Volansky advised the Commission that the property width is 100 feet.
